Our coalition members firmly support the Housing First Initiative and have worked diligently to provide and maintain units to help homeless adults get off the streets. Our homeless service providers have built and operate more than a thousand units to ensure that homeless individuals can find stability.

Boston Public Health Commission | Housing First and Transitional Housing initiatives connect homeless adults to multiple options for finding homes. Since 2010, over 800 chronically homeless individuals have moved into permanent supportive housing with a retention rate that exceeds 90%. |
