The Patriot Ledger: Bitter cold taking its toll – on people, pipes

Quincy’s homeless were offered shelter Wednesday night as the bitterly cold weather endangered those trying to survive outside.

Father Bill’s & MainSpring President and CEO John Yazwinksi was out until 11 p.m. searching for people in need of a warm place to stay.
