QUINCY – Visiting the Father Bill’s shelter in Quincy, Gov.-elect Charles Baker commended Quincy for its strides in combating homelessness.
“Kudos to the city of Quincy for taking the steps to reduce their chronic homeless problem … over the course of the past few years,” he said, calling it “a heck of an achievement.”
